After buying one year subscription the last issue shows "Waiting" and nothing else happens for long while already.

Nevertheless I have a subscription could not load it to the new phone even after several logins.

Just paid 2.99 for the July issue, account was charged, when I tap Download a window comes up saying restart the app. When I restart it the same thing happens over and over again. I want an immediate refund
